Our selecton criteria include:

• North American private companies
• Control or substantial minority equity investment
• Solid, committed management team
• Competitive position with ability to maintain or grow margins
• Revenue between $20 million and $250 million
• Stable operating profits between $4 million and $25 million
• Low to moderate capital reinvestment needs
• LLCs, S-Corps, partnerships or divisions of larger corporations are preferred

Preferred sectors include:

• Manufacturing
• Distribution
• Business to business services
• Franchises and franchisors
• Education
• Food
• Aftermarket products & services
